Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A professional, polished presence and calm demeanor
  • Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks
  • Comfort with office technology (multi-line phones, MS Office, PC/Mac systems)
  • High attention to detail and a proactive mindset
  • A team-oriented approach with flexibility to support operations
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Reliable and able to maintain assigned work schedule
  • Ability to stand, walk, and occasionally lift up to 40 lbs.

Nice To Haves

  • 1–3 years of experience in reception, concierge, or hospitality (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Welcome visitors with a professional and friendly approach.
  • Manage guest registration and ensure compliance with security protocols (e.g., NDAs).
  • Handle and route incoming calls and inquiries, including sensitive communications.
  • Serve as a central point of contact for internal and external requests.
  • Issue and track access badges and entry permissions.
  • Maintain reception and common areas to ensure a clean, organized, and presentable environment.
  • Assist with meeting and conference room setup, including coordination of catering and materials.
  • Provide support across mail, hospitality, and facilities functions as needed.
