High volume salon, flexible hours, established customer base. We are one of the largest Great Clips franchisees in the country. Something that makes us a little different is that we strive to have the highest " effective wage " in the market (base wage + productivity + product commissions + tips). Last week the average effective wage of our staff was $31.26/hr. Some make a little less, some make substantially more.
