About The Position

Collin Springs is a state-of-the-art, 50-bed inpatient behavioral health hospital dedicated to the treatment and recovery of individuals who have experienced the debilitating effects of a severe injury or illness. Our rehabilitation programs provide ongoing care and specialized treatment to patients throughout their recovery journey. We offer customized, individualized rehabilitation tailored to the specific needs of those recovering from a stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury. Collin Springs strives to maximize the health, function, and quality of life of those we serve through comprehensive physical medicine and rehabilitation programs. We are accredited by The Center for Improvement in Healthcare Quality and CARF-accredited for our Comprehensive Integrated Inpatient Rehabilitation Program and Stroke Specialty Program. Job Summary The Receptionist is responsible for greeting patients and visitors, managing incoming calls, and supporting administrative tasks to ensure a welcoming and professional front desk environment.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Proficient with phone systems and basic office software.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior receptionist or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist patients, visitors, and staff courteously and professionally.
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls to appropriate departments.
  • Perform front desk duties including sign-in, visitor logs, and ID verification.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
  • Assist with general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and mail distribution.
