Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Operate telephone to answer, screen and forward calls, providing information and taking messages
  • Greet visitors entering establishment with a smile, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations
  • Provide information about establishment such as location of departments or offices, employees within the organization, or services provided
  • Deliver mail to correct departments
  • Arrange transportation service
  • Track merchandise leaving the store
  • Log sales associates in and out for daily shifts
  • Log call customers for sales associates
  • Acts as a role model of the store
  • Professional in appearance, and maintain a constant positive attitude
  • Keep store count for customers entering
  • Perform any other duties as directed by management
