As a Receptionist, the individual will be the first point of contact for all visitors, callers, and incoming communications, playing a critical role in shaping a professional and welcoming first impression. Responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer service, efficiently managing inbound communications, ensuring customer interactions are accurately documented and routed within Salesforce, and providing administrative support for smooth daily office operations. This is a non-exempt, hybrid position based in Fort Wayne, Indiana, following training. The role can be filled by one full-time employee (40 hours/week) or two part-time employees (20 hours/week each).
