We are seeking an experienced Receptionist for the Lexington Headquarters office (onsite). Responsibilities Position Summary We are seeking a brand ambassador to create a welcoming and memorable experience for all visitors, callers, and team members. As the first in-person touchpoint of Gray’s Lexington office, this team member must enjoy interacting with people. From a cheerful voice at the switchboard to welcoming guests into the office, our ideal candidate will have outstanding communication skills, pleasant demeanor, service-minded, professionalism, and capable of multi-tasking. The role requires basic computer skills including the ability to utilize multi-line phone, Microsoft Office Suite, security technology for visitors, and e-mail. Must be physically present in the Lexington office and able to work Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM until 5 PM. Why Gray? What we expect… (Essential Functions) Customer Service: Manages the front desk, greeting and directing visitors to ensure a positive first impression of Gray. Communication: Handles incoming calls and correspondence, providing prompt and courteous service. Organization: Maintains an organized and efficient reception area that reflects the Gray brand. Front Desk Administrative Support: Performing tasks such as updating voice greetings, preparing monthly schedule for support coverage of breaks, coordinating quarterly front desk meetings with support, updating the customer welcome sign and Receptionist guidebook Marketing Events & Operations Administrative Support: Performing tasks to support the Events & Operations teams such as scheduling, data entry, invoicing, communication support, digital asset uploads, meal/catering coordination, etc.
