About The Position

Audi Grapevine is part of fast growing Group 1 Automotive , a leader in automotive retail and we are looking to add a FULL TIME RECEPTIONIST to our team. This is a full time role with a Monday–Saturday schedule, Saturdays are required, Sunday + additional mid week day off. Pay range is $16-18 hr. Requirements

Exceptional phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and in a manner consistent with a luxury brand experience
Proven ability to deliver high‑quality customer service that aligns with Audi’s premium standards
Professional appearance and work ethic.
All applicants must pass pre-employment testing to include: background checks, MVR, and drug testing in order to qualify for employment

Responsibilities

Answer all incoming calls according to company policy and proper telephone etiquette.
Direct telephone call to the appropriate parties as necessary.
Additional administrative responsibilities.
Operate an internet based phone system.
Handle multiple lines.
