About The Position

Our Office Receptionist is the welcoming face of our office and often the first friendly voice our customers, visitors, and vendors connect with. In this role, you help create a positive, professional, and comfortable experience for everyone who walks through our doors or calls in. Beyond greeting guests and managing the front desk, you’ll support our escrow and title teams with administrative tasks and coordination that keep the office running smoothly each day. Your attention to detail, helpful attitude, and genuine care for others play an important part in delivering the exceptional service our clients rely on. This is a fully in-person position located at our Albuquerque, NM office.

Requirements

  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment with tight time constraints.
  • Ability to work independently using sound judgment and initiative.
  • Clear, professional, and grammatically correct written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated professionalism, courtesy, and responsiveness to internal and external customer needs.

Responsibilities

  • Answer multi-line phones, transfer calls, and greet customers and visitors professionally (by name when possible).
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby and conference rooms.
  • Take, deliver, and relay messages accurately and promptly.
  • Distribute incoming mail and deliveries throughout the day and process outgoing mail.
  • Prepare overnight and courier packages (e.g., Federal Express and local couriers).
  • Receipt escrow funds and distribute receipt copies to appropriate parties.
  • Open new escrows and title orders.
  • Perform miscellaneous administrative duties as assigned.
  • Comply with all company policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and complete mandatory compliance training within required timelines.
  • Maintain dependable, reliable, and punctual attendance, including availability for after-hours company events when required.
  • Work scheduled office hours Monday through Friday, with the ability to work overtime as requested by management.
  • Collaborate effectively and professionally with management, employees, and customers via phone, email, video conference, and in person.
  • Accept supervision and constructive feedback while demonstrating professionalism, courtesy, and responsiveness.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
