The Receptionist possesses in-depth knowledge of the community, attractions, nightlife, and special services of the surrounding area to enhance a 5-star residential-living experience, and handling various resident services activities and actions and ensures that resident and guest concerns are resolved timely and professionally.

Requirements

  • Available Full-time, Monday – Friday, with varying daytime and evening hours, holidays, and weekends
  • Experience in high-end hospitality or concierge services for luxury onsite apartment community or residential real estate establishment

Responsibilities

  • Answering questions, making recommendations, and making arrangements on items such as transportation, restaurant reservations, personal shopping, health and beauty services, and cultural events
  • Front Desk activities including reviewing and completing Daily Activity Reports, completing incident reports for management, and responding to emergency situations
  • Processing incoming calls, mail and outgoing packages
  • Travel and meeting planning
  • Delivering dry cleaning and coordinating housekeeping or other community specific services (for example, dog walking)
  • Front Desk activities including reviewing and completing Daily Activity Reports, completing incident reports for management, and responding to emergency situations
  • Respond to resident requests and work with residents to minimize and resolve resident problems and complaints with follow through to ensure resolutions
  • Monitors and announces visitors and controls access to the property from desk area
  • Reviews access control cameras frequently and reports and suspicious activity
  • Comply with all state, federal, and/or local laws relating to Fair Housing, and other job-related duties as directed by the property Business Manager
