The Clinton Presbyterian Community is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Receptionist to join our team to create a warm hospitality experience for all our residents, staff and visitors. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver’s license issued by the State of South Carolina
  • Computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office products

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in healthcare setting preferred

Responsibilities

  • Greet residents, families, visitors, prospective residents and other people with business in the community.
  • Answer the telephone.
  • Handle office and resident mail, and packages.
  • Assist with marketing functions as needed, capturing information for contacts.
  • Schedule meeting spaces and guest rooms for residents, staff, and visitors and notifies appropriate department of need for food, furniture arrangements, etc. if applicable.
  • Coordinate maintenance repair requisitions.
  • Prepare orientation booklets for new residents and employees if applicable.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
