Position Summary: We are looking for a motivated, outgoing candidate to join our team in the receptionist position to assist in providing the best patient experience. As one of our team members you will provide support with the daily activities of the medical laboratory. Our expectation is to consistently provide courteous and friendly service with multiple patients and offices. We expect that you will maintain a professional image in appearance and conduct, and balance team and individual responsibilities to contribute to a positive work environment. Effective communication skills are an essential to interact with patients of all age ranges and co-workers.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required.

Nice To Haves

• Previous medical experience preferred.
• Previous customer service experience preferred demonstrating personal interaction and phone skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide an excellent customer experience with every encounter to patients and co-workers both in and out of the laboratory.
• Provide support with the daily activities of the medical laboratory including greeting patients, registration, telephone coverage, and appointment scheduling.
• Maintains day to day office functions to include ordering supplies, sorting, alphabetizing, paperwork completion, miscellaneous clerical duties, etc.
