As our receptionist, you will have the opportunity to help our residents by providing a warm and friendly environment for their visitors. You will be in a fundamental member of our team – being the first person our visitors, coworkers and associates encounter as they enter our community, by providing a professional and welcoming presence.

Requirements

• Genuine concern for the needs of older adults.
• Previous experience working as a receptionist or similar role is required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• A friendly, helpful, professional approach.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience with Accounts Payable preferred.
• Familiarity with a Rehabilitation Center or a Long-Term Care Center is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome all visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answer all incoming calls and transferring the call to the appropriate person or department.
• Mange the reception area, maintaining the professional atmosphere of the lobby.
• Light office duties such as copying or filing of documents.
• Provide assistance to our Accounts Payable Department, including the scanning of invoices and maintaining the accounts payable filing system. Providing back-up as needed.
• Receive mail and package delivery. Ensuring safekeeping.
