About The Position

The Receptionist is the first point of contact for RSCS and plays an important role in helping the office run smoothly each day. This position supports the office team and executive leadership by providing friendly customer service, assisting with administrative tasks, and helping maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who is dependable, eager to learn, and interested in building office and administrative skills. We are willing to train the right candidate.

Requirements

  • Friendly, professional, and customer-service focused
  • Organized, dependable, and willing to learn
  • Able to manage time well and handle multiple tasks throughout the day
  • Detail-oriented with good follow-through
  • Comfortable using a computer and learning new systems
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills preferred
  • QuickBooks experience is a plus, but not required; training can be provided
  • Previous office, receptionist, or customer service experience is helpful, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Answer and route incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Greet visitors and assist with basic questions or direct them to the appropriate team member
  • Provide general administrative support to the office team as needed
  • Help manage office supplies and keep common areas clean, organized, and presentable
  • Assist with scheduling, filing, scanning, and document organization
  • Support executive leadership with day-to-day requests and special projects as assigned
  • Learn office systems and procedures to support daily operations efficiently
