Requirements

Prior Experience in a Healthcare or Medical setting is preferable.
One year of experience working as a Receptionist
Strong PC skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
Strong Written and verbal English communication skills are required
High school diploma or GED is required
Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment physical and criminal history background check

Nice To Haves

Prior Experience in a Healthcare or Medical setting is preferable.

Responsibilities

Greet and direct visitors while managing the incoming phone lines
Create correspondence, data entry, printing, scanning, manage office supplies, and receive mail/deliveries
Make doctor appointments for guests and arrange the transportation
Monitor the employee door and ambulance bay entrance
