Receptionist - St. Peter's Nursing and Rehab - Per Diem
About The Position
Per-Diem/Rotating shifts. Coverage as needed per diem days or evenings , also for holidays, vacations, sick-days. We are looking for a friendly, organized, and compassionate individual to join our team where you make a difference in our patients' lives and our community. Enjoy a flexible schedule and competitive pay! Duties to be performed: Clerical support to Administration and other departments. Answering a multi-phone line system, greeting/directing guests as well as responding to inquiries appropriately and timely. Assisting with high-levels of correspondence in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- H.S. Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of clerical experience in a health-related field preferred
- Excellent phone decorum with clear verbal and written communication
- High customer engagement
- Strong computer skills
- Being able to work as part of a team
Nice To Haves
- Senior Living experience a plus!
