About The Position

Working from our office in St. Paul, MN on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, and from home on Mondays and Fridays, the Receptionist is responsible for daily administrative tasks. Duties include answering phones and emails, receiving visitors, assisting the Leadership and Administrative Assistant teams with administrative tasks, filing and other duties as assigned. The Receptionist will be responsible for the successful completion of the following tasks:

Requirements

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and web-based applications is essential
  • Data analysis experience preferred
  • Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
  • Good interpersonal skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Customer focused approach
  • High degree of flexibility
  • Demonstrated ability to work well in fast paced team environment

Responsibilities

  • Answering the phones
  • Greeting visitors
  • Sorting and managing the mail
  • Organizing the office and ordering supplies
  • Entering student information into the state reporting system accurately
  • Processing 504 paperwork and Disability Determination Services forms
  • Completing tasks for new hires
  • Facilitating mailing projects (certificates, test scores, etc.)
  • Other duties as assigned
