Aspirus Medford Hospital in Medford, WI is seeking a RECEPTIONIST to join our PATIENT EXPERIENCE team! The Receptionist greets and assists patients in a professional manner. The Receptionist is responsible for obtaining and maintaining complete and accurate patient demographics. Responsible for clerical support including answering phone calls, providing routine information to callers, and transferring, taking, and routing messages as appropriate. The Receptionist is also responsible for answering questions of patients coming in and patients looking for documentation and paperwork and transferring all documentation to the proper recipient. HOURS: Part-Time or 0.7 FTE, 56 Hours Biweekly, Day/PM Rotation, Weekday Shifts (3pm-11pm), Every Other Weekend (7am-7pm) Aspirus Medford Hospital ranks among the TOP 100 Critical Access Hospitals in the nation as identified by iVantage Health Analytics! Requirements

Knowledge of office procedures normally acquired through completion of a High School diploma GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
CPR or BLS

Nice To Haves

One year of customer service or healthcare experience preferred.
Computer experience and basic computer keyboarding skills preferred.
