About The Position

PCI is seeking an experienced Receptionist for its Las Vegas 558 administration operations based in Las Vegas, NV. This individual will be responsible for the following duties:

Requirements

  • 1 Years of experience
  • At least 2-year professional work experience in any field
  • Education requirement N/A
  • Work authorization: Authorized to work in the US.
  • Must possess advanced proficiency with Customer Service
  • Ability to work well with a wide variety of personalities required
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to learn new skills by engaging in technical job functions and applying new skills as they are taught
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Must have critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask

Nice To Haves

  • Industry/position knowledge
  • Experience with Excel preferred
  • Ability to speak Spanish is a plus
  • Working knowledge of cloud-based filing systems/Box

Responsibilities

  • Answering incoming calls, greeting guests at the door, monitoring Voicemail
  • Branch support/back up on various administrative tasks
  • Electronically filing documents
  • Branch Maintenance (Permits, Licenses, Repairs, Printers)
  • Swag Manager
  • Mail/Shipments
  • Lunch orders, Office/Jobsite Supply Orders & Restock
  • Check stuffing
  • Device Set Up/IT Service tickets
  • Lien Waiver Requests
