About The Position

Serve as Front Desk reception and general support for office and administrative needs.

Requirements

  • Minimum of three years of experience in a relevant, office-based administrative role.
  • Strong verbal, and writing skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills with high level of experience in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Detail oriented and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong customer service orientation as well as presenting a professional, executive presence is a must.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual in English & Spanish.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as Front Desk Reception during business hours.
  • Provide general office and administrative support to management, department staff and customers.
  • Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel and departments.
  • Responsible for all incoming and outgoing packages and mail, ensuring timely delivery and distribution.
  • Manage visitor check-in and check-out procedures, including security protocols.
  • Assist in tracking inventory, purchasing supplies, creating purchase orders.
  • Other duties as assigned
