About The Position

Serra Toyota is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team. We currently have two openings: one full-time and one part-time.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can multitask effectively, and is passionate about delivering excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Prior dealership or automotive experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Availability to work rotating Saturdays
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with inquiries
• Provide accurate pricing and product information
• Deliver exceptional service to both internal and external customers
• Support team operations during high-volume periods
