Learn more at www.bkv.com Job Summary The Receptionist is responsible for carrying out administrative duties under the supervision of the Office Manager. This role sits at the front desk and is focused on tasked based support, such as greeting visitors, validating parking, shipping and receiving packages and mail, keeping the office organized, restocked, and running smoothly, and general administrative support. This is an hourly 5 day in-office role typically from 8 AM-5 PM Monday-Friday. There may be times when this role is required to be onsite outside of typical business hours, and overtime may be required. This role typically will not travel. As the face of BKV’s new Houston Office, the ideal candidate demonstrates integrity, accountability, and transparency; and upholds BKV standards, values, and culture. On a typical day, most of the time would be spent at the front desk, pivoting as inquiries, visitors, deliveries, and office needs unfold. The problems faced are generally routine, but this person must be able to react in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate wants to create a welcoming office environment, doesn’t view any problem as too big or any job as too small, and can manage time effectively.
