About The Position

Southwest ToyotaLift is currently looking for a front desk Receptionist/Administrative Assistant in our Las Vegas location. As the receptionist, you will be an important part of our team as you establish our first impression to customers, vendors and employees. Responsibilities: The following responsibilities are a general guideline and not intended to be an exhaustive list of the full scope of responsibilities. Duties and responsibilities are subject to change based on business needs and at managements discretion. Assume receptionist duties, greet public and refer them to appropriate staff members, answer phones, route calls and take messages. Assist in the preparation of memos, letters, sales quotes and financial documents using word processing, spreadsheets and database software. Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and emails Prepare outgoing mail including bulk mail. Assist with various accounts payable functions by contacting customers for purchase orders and or unpaid invoices Purge files and records at year end Order office supplies and monitor inventory Perform a variety of general office support duties; make copies; maintain calendar of activities, meetings, and various events for assigned staff; process mail including receiving, sorting, time stamping, logging, and distributing incoming and outgoing correspondence and packages. Other duties as directed by Management

Requirements

  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Proven knowledge of business letter writing and the standard format for typed materials
  • Methods and techniques for record keeping and filing
  • Methods and techniques of proper phone etiquette

Responsibilities
