The Receptionist is responsible for providing telephone answering and receptionist services. In addition, the Receptionist provides administrative, secretarial support to facility administrative staff and special projects as required. This position requires professionalism, strong communication, organization, and the ability to manage front desk operations while supporting daily administrative and business office workflows in a timely and courteous manner.
