About The Position

Dunwoody Village, a highly regarded continuing care retirement community (CCRC) in Newtown Square, PA, is seeking experienced receptionists to join our caring and talented team on PRN/as needed basis. Candidates must be available to work various shifts during the week, some weekends, and holidays as needed. Some of the key essential functions of the position include the following: Answers and directs phone calls in a professional and polite manner Directs callers and visitors to the requested location Completes various front desk clerical assignments associated with the position Provides assistance to all residents, colleagues, and visitors as necessary Assumes other appropriate duties as assigned Our ideal candidate is best described below: A minimum of 3 years of broad clerical/reception experience in a busy setting -preferably in a CCRC.
