About The Position

SPS Global is seeking a professional and service-driven Receptionist to support on-site operations in New York, NY. This role serves as a key point of contact for employees, guests, and vendors while supporting the daily operations of the office. The role focuses on providing excellent customer service, maintaining shared office spaces, and coordinating workplace services to ensure a professional, organized, and welcoming environment. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced corporate environment, demonstrates strong attention to detail, and consistently delivers a 5-star customer experience while maintaining professionalism and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma (or equivalent) required. Bachelor’s Degree or higher preferred.
  • 2-3 years of corporate/ hospitality receptionist experience
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple requests in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams and departments.
  • Previous experience in reception, hospitality, office services, or workplace support is preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite of applications

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting hospitality or corporate meeting environments
  • Experience with badge systems or visitor management platforms

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and greet guests, clients, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive arrival experience
  • Maintain and restock office pantries and supply hubs daily to ensure spaces remain clean, organized, and fully stocked.
  • Ensure meeting and conference rooms are cleaned, reset, and ready for upcoming meetings throughout the day.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and departments to support various office service requests and operational needs.
  • Schedule and manage meeting and conference room bookings as needed.
  • Monitor and report office related needs by submitting reactive work orders and service requests.
  • Support the overall functionality and appearance of common areas and workplace amenities.
  • Assist with special assignments, administrative support, and ad-hoc projects as requested.
