About The Position

Job Summary: The Receptionist is responsible for providing support to the plant by demonstrating proficient organizational skills and initiative to perform a wide variety of duties. Provides exceptional customer service to vendors, community and area groups, co-workers throughout Jack Link’s company, and others. Carries out responsibilities in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Good computer skills. Demonstrated proficiency of computers and Microsoft Office Suite with intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

At first point of contact, pleasantly greet and direct all visitors, vendors, etc. while follow appropriate procedures.
Answer and direct all in-coming telephone calls; take complete messages as needed.
Maintain office supply inventory and coordinate needs with appropriate personnel.
Provide general maintenance and/or troubleshooting for copier/fax machines; facilitate repair services with vendors when necessary.
Filing and report building, data entry as requested.
Assist with the company store and some related activities.
Receive and sort all in-coming and out-going mail, UPS, and FedEx Shipments, etc.
Organize, digitize and store receiving documentation from the warehouse, attach to SAP purchase orders for easy location.
Assist in document organization for purchase orders and maintenance pack slips.
May assist with organizing facility events, related purchases, coordinating catering, luncheons, etc.
