The Receptionist is responsible for greeting visitors, handling all housing inquiry calls, transferring calls, and taking and relaying messages. This role also involves fielding and closing maintenance requests, distributing faxes and mail, answering waiting list questions, updating necessary forms, and filing. Additionally, the Receptionist will assist office staff with various projects and perform other duties as assigned by the assistant manager and/or property manager.
