Requirements

  • Prior experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to speak clearly on the phone and in person
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Ability to follow basic direction and tasks
  • Professional and friendly demeanor
  • A professional appearance
  • A clean driving record & valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department
  • Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
  • Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized
  • Provide administrative support as needed, including data entry and filing
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating appointments
  • Assist with customer leads or Online leads handling
  • C.S.I calls (Customer Survey Index)
  • Handling all cash, credit card payments and transactions
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency
  • Text and email management and other staff
  • Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility
  • Answer dealership group phones
  • Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to the salesperson
  • Work cooperatively with the Service, Parts & Sales team
  • Assist in scheduling and confirming sales appointments
  • Professional presentation
