About The Position

The Receptionist will be responsible for managing the front desk, greeting visitors, handling phone calls, and providing administrative support.

Requirements

  • Adhere to instructions and perform efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
  • Focused on customer service with strong active listening skills.
  • Demonstrate advanced interpersonal skills, including effective written and verbal communication.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Possess excellent time management and multitasking abilities, capable of independently prioritizing tasks and adapting to shifting workloads, deadlines, and schedules.
  • Maintain discretion and ethical standards, with the ability to manage conflicts and solve problems at a high level.
  • Reliable in terms of attendance and delivering high-quality work.
  • Flexible, self-motivated, and able to work well under pressure.
  • Respect the corporate reporting structure.
  • Available for occasional travel for errands, company events, etc.
  • Capable of navigating the office environment, including furniture, accessing file cabinets, and operating office machinery.
  • Skilled in using standard office equipment such as computers, calculators, copiers, printers, fax machines, and overhead projectors, with sufficient visual acuity for viewing screens.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with internal management, staff, external clients, and vendors.
  • Welcome and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Handle and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Ensure adherence to security protocols by coordinating with IT for visitor badge assignments.
  • Maintain professional relationships and boundaries.
  • Safeguard operational confidentiality.
  • Monitor and manage office supply inventory, including items for the executive meeting room.
  • Provide clerical and general office support to various departments as needed.
  • Screen and direct phone calls, taking messages when necessary.
  • Keep common areas clean and stocked.
  • Oversee building maintenance and project needs.
  • Promote a positive workplace environment that supports departmental, peer, customer, and organizational goals.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
