As a Receptionist at Sunrise Senior Living, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, providing exceptional customer service and support to residents, families, and staff. Your role will involve managing communications, greeting visitors, and assisting with various administrative tasks to enhance the community's marketing and sales efforts.

  • Retrieving night messages and distributing them to appropriate mailboxes
  • Directing visitors and answering questions
  • Signing for packages/mail in the absence of the Mailroom Clerk
  • Assisting with conference room bookings
  • Submitting Workspeed tickets
  • Handling team member requests
  • Assisting the Office Manager, Office Assistant, and Mailroom Clerk as needed
  • Managing special projects
  • Providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers
  • Updating and maintaining Resource and Organizational Charts Manuals
  • Updating Reference Guide/Hotline Numbers List
  • Maintaining the medicine cabinet
  • Stocking ladies' restrooms with Listerine, cups, lotion, and hand sanitizer on all floors weekly
  • A high school diploma or GED is required
  • Proven experience in a customer service role is required
  • Demonstrated excellent customer service, organizational, and communication skills
  • Good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Organized record-keeping abilities
  • Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
