About The Position

Golden Valley Medical is seeking a part-time Receptionist for our Warsaw location. This position involves working 8-hour shifts on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 8 AM to 5 PM. The ideal candidate will be a positive team player with excellent customer service skills, capable of multitasking and paying attention to detail. The Receptionist will be required to work in all areas of the clinic or other locations as needed, and must communicate and collaborate professionally with coworkers and providers.

• Patient registration
• Switchboard operator responsibilities
• Medical records scanning and indexing
• Setting up new patients
• Assisting with billing as needed.
