Receptionist

H&Z Acupuncture Clinic is actively seeking a part-time receptionist to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals who are responsible, highly motivated, and eager to learn. We are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates a strong work ethic and the ability to multitask effectively. The receptionist will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for our patients. The position requires working every weekend, specifically on Fridays and Saturdays, during the day shift. The pay for this role ranges from $12.50 to $14.50 per hour, depending on experience. As a receptionist, your primary responsibilities will include welcoming patients as they arrive at the clinic, checking them in for their appointments, and ensuring they have a positive experience. You will also be responsible for checking patients out after their appointments, which includes receiving payments, verifying insurance co-pays, and scheduling follow-up appointments. Maintaining cleanliness in treatment rooms after each patient visit is essential, as is answering phone calls and responding to voicemail messages promptly. You will also be tasked with opening procedures in the morning and closing procedures in the evening, along with light filing of patient files and inputting new patient information into our database.
