Requirements

• Ability to greet visitors and answer questions.
• Experience in handling phone calls and directing them appropriately.
• Skills in sorting and delivering mail.
• Basic office and clerical skills.
• Ability to respond to emergencies according to community protocol.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Familiarity with office software and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Greets all visitors entering the community.
• Answers questions and ensures visitors sign guest sheets.
• Answers/directs phone calls to the proper residents and staff.
• Sorts, delivers, and collects incoming/outgoing community and resident mail.
• Performs basic office/clerical functions and maintains visitor logs.
• Responds to resident emergencies by calling appropriate internal and external parties based on community protocol.
