About The Position

The position involves answering incoming telephone calls in a cheerful and marketing-oriented manner, determining the purpose of callers, and forwarding calls to the appropriate personnel or department. The role also includes retrieving messages from voicemail, taking and delivering messages, and providing general information about the community to callers. Additional responsibilities include welcoming on-site visitors, coordinating guestroom reservations, maintaining a current list of hospitalized residents, updating appointment calendars, sorting and routing mail, and maintaining office supplies. The position may also require driving a company vehicle to various destinations if needed.
