Responsibilities

  • Greet and handle clients
  • Answer incoming operator calls
  • Logout phone calls and appointment setting
  • Client pickups at front desk
  • Prep and sort mail & banking
  • Print daily schedule, pull information as needed for such appointments
  • Keep lobby organized
  • Water plants
  • Recycling (take to drop off)
  • Backup support (where possible) for Office Manager & Tax Clerk
  • Other duties as delegated by Office Manager
