Requirements

• Must be able to greet all visitors and answer questions effectively.
• Ability to sort, deliver, and collect mail and perform basic office/clerical functions.
• Must be able to maintain visitor logs and respond to emergencies as per community protocol.

Responsibilities

• Greets all visitors entering the community, answers questions, ensures visitors sign guest sheets, and answers/directs phone calls to the proper residents and staff.
• Sorts, delivers, and collects incoming/outgoing community and resident mail, and may be asked to do basic office/clerical functions, and maintain visitor logs.
• May also respond to resident emergencies by calling appropriate internal and external parties based on community protocol.
