Responsibilities

• Operate telephone to answer, screen, and forward calls.
• Provide information and take messages for staff and visitors.
• Greet visitors entering the establishment with a smile.
• Determine the nature and purpose of visits and direct or escort visitors to specific destinations.
• Provide information about the establishment, including the location of departments or services offered.
• Deliver mail to the correct departments.
• Arrange transportation services as needed.
• Track merchandise leaving the store.
• Log sales associates in and out for daily shifts.
• Log call customers for sales associates.
• Act as a role model for the store by maintaining a professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Keep count of customers entering the store.
• Perform any other duties as directed by management.
