About The Position

First Academy is a growing Christian school in Rogers, Arkansas. Housed within First Baptist Rogers, FA is open to PK3-6th grade students with plans to expand to middle and jr. high in forthcoming years. We are currently accepting applications for the 2025-2026 school year.

Requirements

H.S. Diploma (Associates or more preferred)
Minimum one year office experience
Credible profession of repentance and faith in Jesus Christ
Godly character (pastoral and other character references may be required)
Membership and regular attendance including life group at First Baptist Rogers
Understanding of the school’s mission
Teachable and committed to growing, learning, and developing new understanding and skills
Maturity and emotional stability
Ability to multitask and serve in multiple areas

Responsibilities

Displays love for God, scripture, and students
Contributes to a cooperative and collegial atmosphere among teachers and staff
Respects and upholds school policies and standards delineated in faculty policies, student handbooks, and in faculty training
Follows Matthew 18:15-17 model for handling conflicts
Answer phones and receive visitors
Assist in first-aid, librarian's needs, office filing and organization, and office needs
Assist teachers and staff with preparation and instruction as needed
Provide additonal supervision in classrooms, activities, lunch, and recess as needed
Provide breaks and support for classroom teachers
Assist in the daily lunch count, ensure lunch is accounted for, and organize ordered lunch program
