Zwicker is currently seeking a part-time receptionist support clerk to join our team in Andover, MA. We are seeking a candidate who is eager to learn, possesses exceptional organizational, written, and verbal communication skills, and is interested in joining our team. The base hourly rate for this position is $20.00.

Requirements

  • One year of minimum experience in a similar receptionist or front desk role.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage calls with clear, concise, and professional communication.
  • Adheres to established building security protocols for both visitors and employees.
  • Effectively engages with office staff, clients, and visitors both in person and over the phone.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; comfortable navigating computer systems.
  • Excellent administrative and phone skills
  • Basic computer skills, especially experience in Microsoft programs
  • Above-average interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
  • Be able to communicate in a common language with (or to) individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing
  • Be able to operate a computer, phone, or equivalent device
  • Be able to complete a minimum of a 40-hour flexible workweek schedule
  • Be able to read and comprehend position-specific documents and correspondence
  • Be able to lift five pounds or greater
  • Be able to sit 90% of the workday at times
  • Be able to bend at the waist and be mobile when needed
  • Be able to concentrate and use critical thinking

Responsibilities

  • Receptionist Coverage
  • Daily Coverage of the front desk
  • Communication – answer and direct incoming phone calls, through Alvaria system to direct calls to the accurate department.
  • Computer Skills - Recovery Management System (RMS) – looking up accounts and verifying accounts/transfer calls to correct dept
  • Processing of deliveries, daily logging and tracking
  • Visitor and Client Management
  • Administrative tasks - Processing of incoming bankruptcy documents daily, data entry, mail sorting and distributing
  • Special projects as needed
  • Other duties as assigned
