Gulfport Behavioral Health System, is a 90-bed psychiatric hospital offering child, adolescent, adult and military service behavioral health programs and treatment services. The position supervises the communications team and oversees the day-to-day operations of the Reception desk. The role requires training, educating, and mentoring employees while adhering to quality standards. Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to multi-task with a high volume of calls are essential, along with maintaining integrity and providing Service Excellence to all customers. Flexibility to work other shifts when needed to ensure appropriate daily coverage is also required.
