We’re now looking for a Reception Supervisor to lead our front-of-house teams at La Bellezza Restaurant in Birmingham! As a Reception Supervisor at Big Mamma, you’ll be the perfect example of our brand, ensuring every guest receives a warm, professional welcome and a seamless experience.

Requirements

Big smile and passion for Italian food
High energy, proactive attitude and team spirit
Excellent customer service, leadership and communication skills
Comprehensive knowledge of floor operations
Previous experience as a head host/hostess or reception supervisor
Previous experience with SevenRooms
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

Lead the host team, maintaining high standards and maximising bookings
Resolve or escalate issues and complaints when needed
Manage bookings and enquiries using SevenRooms
Onboard and train new hosts, supporting floor managers with rota scheduling
Solve problems proactively when bookings or service don’t go as planned
Create memorable moments for guests with a warm, friendly and professional attitude
Support the Events Team in managing enquiries for private hire and events
Assist with the coordination and on-the-day organisation of events and private hire
