About The Position

This position will handle front desk duties and provide support across various departments.

Requirements

  • Possess a high school diploma or GED.
  • Excellent verbal skills.
  • Must be punctual.
  • Excellent attendance necessary.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Computer skills; proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Possession and maintenance of a valid Class “C” California driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior phone experience a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members.
  • Greet clients and visitors in a professional manner.
  • Sort, distribute, and maintain mail; manage postage machine; handle outgoing mail.
  • Perform filing, scanning, and data entry tasks.
  • Ensure the kitchen and supply room are clean and well-organized.
  • Take responsibility for dishwasher duties and prepare coffee.
  • Track and maintain inventory of office and kitchen supplies.
  • Coordinate meeting lunches, including sending invitations, ordering, setup, and cleanup.
  • Assist with event planning and coordination.
  • Update contact lists for phone and Evite with employee changes.
  • Manage the conference room scheduling and calendars.
  • Order flowers as requested by the HR department.
  • Scan large building blueprints, organize digital files, and bookmark if necessary.
  • Order nameplates for new employees.
  • Deliver plans to clients when required.
  • Drive a company vehicle to pick up office and/or kitchen supplies or catering order, if need be.
  • Assist with office facility management.
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned.
