About The Position

PT Northwest is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual with a positive, entrepreneurial spirit to join our team as a PRN (per diem) Front Desk Receptionist / Rehabilitation Aide at our fun and energetic outpatient orthopedic clinic in West Salem. This hybrid role supports both our patient care team and our front office operations, helping create a smooth, welcoming, and efficient clinic experience.

Requirements

• High School diploma required.
• College degree or equivalent preferred
• Excellent gap year opportunity to gain hands on experience in a fast paced patient care environment

Responsibilities

• Greet patients with warmth and professionalism, creating a welcoming first impression
• Manage check‑in and check‑out processes, schedule appointments, and handle patient inquiries
• Assist physical therapists with non‑clinical patient care tasks
• Prepare, clean, and organize treatment areas before and after sessions
• Maintain and monitor therapy equipment to ensure safety and readiness
• Support daily clinic flow by coordinating communication between patients, therapists, and staff
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient clinic environment
