Westminster at Lake Ridge is a premier Continuing Care Retirement Community serving older adults in three levels of service: Independent Living, Assisted Living, and a Health Center. Our team of roughly 270 total employees serves a population of over 400 total residents on 62 acres that back up to the Occoquan reservoir. The Concierge is primarily responsible for receiving and relaying incoming and outgoing calls from the and for greeting residents and visitors to the Community. Additional duties include administrative and clerical support. This position is based on the principles of a strengths-based, person-centered approach that recognizes and tailors interactions to a person's best abilities, supporting their overall well-being through providing meaningful social interaction, and other tasks as designated. The Concierge is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, utilizing courtesy, dignity, and respect in all the following responsibilities.
