Providence Place at Ingleside, an exceptional 55-plus active adult independent living and retirement community in Holyoke, Massachusetts, is looking for a dedicated Receptionist to join our team. Our community is nestled on a scenic hilltop, and we are committed to enhancing the senior independent living experience.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills
• Multitasking abilities
• Commitment to professionalism
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in English
• Excellent social and computer skills
• Current and valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Answering and directing phone calls
• Managing incoming mail
• Typing and copying reports
• Ensuring a welcoming environment for visitors
• Maintaining confidentiality in all matters related to residents and the facility
