TMC, a LinQuest company is seeking a Receptionist to join our team at our office in Colorado Springs, CO. This is a part-time position requiring US Citizenship and the ability to obtain a secret clearance. The role involves greeting and hosting visitors, which may include customers, vendors, and applicants, while providing general office support and performing various administrative functions. The Receptionist will be responsible for maintaining security control by registering facility visitors, managing the phone system, answering and directing telephone traffic, and distributing mail and parcels. Additionally, the Receptionist will maintain a neat and professional front office appearance, including conference rooms and the breakroom, and assist with ordering, receiving, stocking, and distribution of office and break room supplies. Data entry, document typing and filing, and coordination with the Accounting Department for basic accounting tasks are also part of the responsibilities. The position requires a minimum of 2 years of receptionist experience and customer service, along with a high school diploma or equivalent. Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense security clearance and possess a valid driver's license. Knowledge of filing systems and MS desktop applications is essential, and basic accounting/bookkeeping experience is preferred. The ideal candidate should be flexible, possess strong communication and collaboration skills, and have technical capacity. An associate degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Science, or equivalent is preferred.
