The Receptionist is responsible for answering inbound calls, determining the nature of their business, and directing callers to the appropriate department or destination. In addition, the receptionist will be the dealership's information specialist to best direct our guests accordingly to accommodate their needs. Responsibilities include greeting walk-in customers, answering incoming phone calls, directing callers to the appropriate department or individual, answering basic inquiries, taking detailed messages, and providing basic information to all callers. The receptionist must communicate with callers and customers in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner, communicate messages to the appropriate parties in a timely manner, assist with clerical duties as requested, and perform other duties as determined by management.
