About The Position

The Vancouver Comprehensive Treatment Center (CTC) is seeking a part-time Receptionist for its Outpatient Opioid Treatment Program (OTP). The position requires working Saturday mornings from 5:45 AM to 9:30 AM, along with providing coverage during staff vacations as needed. The CTC is part of Acadia Healthcare's Comprehensive Treatment Centers, which is the leading provider of medication-assisted treatment in the nation. The mission of the center is to provide full-circle care that includes a blend of therapies and the use of safe and effective medications, playing a crucial role in the fight against the opiate epidemic.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
• Previous office/administrative experience required; prefer experience in a healthcare setting
• Experienced in answering telephones, billing, typing or computer word processing, office machine operation, and filing
• Must be comfortable with working in an addiction recovery environment

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone calls and take messages or forward calls
• Schedule and confirm appointments and maintain calendars
• Greet and welcome patients, clients, and other visitors
• Check visitors in and direct or escort them to specific destinations
• Inform other employees of visitors' arrivals or cancellations
• Enter customer data and send correspondence
• Copy, file, and maintain paper or electronic documents
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and email
• Perform other duties as assigned

Benefits

• Hourly range of compensation for the role is $19.84 - $20.33 per hour
