The role of the Receptionist is to monitor the front office to greet and sign in any visitors that come to the office. This includes signing in, distributing visitor badge and signing out when leaving. The role also supports the mailroom, AP, Customer Payments and Special Billing by making sure that all documents produced are folded and mailed out. This includes refund checks, invoices and letters. This role is also in charge of recording and returning duplicate checks and/or unidentified payments to customers.
