Responsibilities

  • Receive and distribute phone calls
  • Label Time Cards
  • Greet customers, guests and co-workers entering the office
  • Perform special projects and other duties assigned by Customer Service Manager
  • Sort, prioritize and distribute electronic purchase orders
  • Provide additional support to the office as needed
  • Complete welcome letters for new customers under the direction of the manager
  • Maintain confidentiality of all trade secrets and other company/customer information
  • Enter and process accounts payable in Oracle
  • Follow all company procedures and policy
  • Manage incoming and outgoing UPS and Mail packages
  • Create solutions
  • Manage and maintain office machines, cartridges and maintenance as it occurs
  • Adhere to ADS guiding principles of honesty, professionalism, and core values
  • Ordering and maintaining office supply requests and inventories
  • Coordinate office events, meetings, luncheons, reservations and accommodations as requested
  • Manage and maintain daily attendance and lunch time sheet for office personnel
